Understanding the power of our Mind is critical to creating a  Life By Design. Our thoughts, Imagination and Assumptions create the reality of our Life. When we can Focus on Positive Thinking, Positive Affirmations and Create a Vision of a Positive flow of energy in our Life, we can not only define our path, but the Universe begins to unfold in perfect alignment with our Desires. This site was created to offer helpful tools to maintain a Positive Mindset. 

For the most part, most of us habitually pay attention to the events of the physical world 24 hours a day. Our jobs, families, chores, computers, cell phones, social media, schedules and so much more, take the vast majority of our time. At night we even dream of these things. One of the key aims of meditation is to shift the way we perceive ourselves in the world, realigned the chakras, reconnect with our soul, silence the mind and create awareness of the subconscious. It is a way of life that replaces anger with love, frustration with peace, jealousy and attachment service and so much more. 

Positive Energy Retreats take place in Sunny South West Florida and are always impactful to attendees of all ages. Positive Energy Retreats feature amazing Authors, Motivational Speakers, are themed around Select Topics like: Building a Life By Design, Healthy Diet & Wellness, Spiritual Awakening, Love & Relationships. Every Retreat is held at a beautiful hotel and includes group dinners, guided mediation, Networking opportunities and morning Yoga sessions. We welcome your feedback, we have Seminars that we built around some of these Books, Teachings and Authors and we even have share insight on some of them on Positive Energy Radio.

Some of Positive Energy Members spent many years in the Broadcast Industry, so we accumulated a whole library of Positive Energy Songs from all types of formats and genres. We interject Positive Energy messages between the songs that are insightful and motivating. You can also view a Schedule and find out when Authors or Speakers will be On The Air. Then starting every night at 10:27 we flip the station over to Guided Mediations. We hope you enjoy the SOUND of Positive Energy!
